Photography in Cornish rain.

Cornwall, like a lot of the country is awash with rain and it looks likely to continue over the next few days. The temptation is to stay indoors but I’ve promised myself to get out and do some photography in the rain. It’s no big deal but I’m always chary about getting the camera wet. Water and sand are a hazard around cameras and the funds don’t run to a waterproof camera or even a waterproof housing for the one I have.

I ought to take a leaf out of Shakespeare’s “Measure for Measure” when Lucio says to Isabella, “Our doubts are traitors, And make us lose the good we oft might win By fearing to attempt.”
